VR / VRS / VR PRESS / VR PRESS SS (6-72 kW heating): water and pressurized water thermoregulators
Our core expertise: mold temperature control with water, for processes requiring high temperatures. VR and VRS regulate up to 95°C, VR PRESS up to 140°C and VR PRESS SS up to 180°C at increased pressure. Two electronic contacts (minimum and maximum) control heating and cooling, so that fluctuations due to thermal inertia of the mold and the plasticization temperature of the material are automatically compensated.

For these temperature controllers, heating capacity is the decisive model size (cooling capacity is a fixed stabilization circuit, not chiller capacity). Source table was partially poorly legible (OCR); cooling capacity_kw per model is a reasoned assumption based on the legible parts of the table and must be verified with Frimec. VR PRESS SS was only found up to the 42 kW model in the source data.
