Installation and piping of an industrial cooling system
Installation & piping

Complete installation of your cooling system, from engineering to handover

We do not just supply the equipment, we install it too. Including certified piping, refrigerant lines and a controlled commissioning.

Why one point of contact

Supply and installation under one responsibility

A cooling system only performs well when placement, piping and controls are right. That is why we gladly take care of the installation: we know the equipment, the required connections and the boundary conditions, and we align everything with your process.

You have one point of contact from the first design to handover. No discussions between supplier and installer about where a problem sits: we are responsible for the whole.

What we install

From compact chiller to complete cooling plant

Chillers and heat pumps

Placement, foundation, connection and tuning of air-cooled and water-cooled chillers and heat pumps to your process.

Dry coolers and free cooling

Outdoor setup, piping indoors and commissioning of the free cooling control for maximum savings.

Compressed air treatment

Dryers, filters and condensate drains correctly fitted in the line, with bypass and isolation where the process requires it.

Buffer tanks and pump groups

Hydraulic build-up with buffer tanks, pump groups and separated circuits, matched to flow and temperature level.

Certified piping

Piping according to the applicable standards, with certification

Refrigerant lines (PED)

Refrigerant lines manufactured and welded in accordance with PED 2014/68/EU, by certified welders according to EN ISO 9606 with documented welding procedures (WPQR/WPS).

Process water and glycol

Piping in stainless steel, steel or plastic (PE/PP), including insulation and, where needed, trace heating against freezing.

Pressure testing and flushing

Every line is pressure tested, flushed and checked before handover. You receive the test reports in the handover file.

F-gas compliant commissioning

Filling, evacuation and commissioning in line with the F-gas regulation, carried out with BRL 100 certified partners.

Working with your own certified installers? We then supply the equipment with engineering support and connection diagrams.

Commissioning

How the handover works

1. Engineering and work plan

We record connection sizes, pipe routes and required provisions, and align the schedule with your production.

2. Assembly and piping

Placement of the equipment, installation of piping and connection to water, power and controls.

3. Commissioning

Filling, evacuation, functional test and tuning of setpoints, pumps and safety devices.

4. Handover and instruction

You receive a handover file with test reports and an instruction for your own technical department.

Working with installers

Have your own installer? We are happy to work together

Many customers have a regular installation partner. In that case we supply the equipment with complete engineering: connection diagrams, hydraulic schematics and setpoints, so your installer can start right away.

After handover we remain available for service and maintenance, optionally linked to our monitoring platform.

Frequently asked questions

Installation and piping, answers

Do you handle the complete installation?

Yes. We take care of engineering, placement, piping and commissioning, so you have one point of contact from design to handover.

Is the piping certified?

Refrigerant lines are manufactured in accordance with PED 2014/68/EU by certified welders (EN ISO 9606) with documented welding procedures. Every line is pressure tested and you receive the reports.

Can you supply equipment only?

Yes. If you have your own installer, we supply the equipment with connection diagrams and engineering support, so your installer can start immediately.

How long does an installation take?

A compact chiller is usually placed and running within a few days. Complete cooling plants with extensive piping are planned per project, aligned with your production schedule.

Do you also replace existing installations?

Yes. We dismantle and responsibly dispose of the old installation, place the new equipment and keep your process downtime as short as possible.
